“A 4-phase protocol that preserves 100% human agency by compressing infinity into a few auditable choices, then executing at AI scale with proofs.”
Film · made by Bob, 28 October 2026, from the four phases of the published protocol. Drawn, not counted.
What it means · written by Bob
AI can hand you endless options, and nobody chooses well from endless options. SHELET is the idea of narrowing them to a few you can really choose between, and then letting the machine do all the rest.
What it means. Four steps. Capture everything that happened. Compress it into patterns. Bring the patterns down to a few clear options, and you choose one. Then the machine carries out that one choice at full scale, with a record of every step.
Drawn by Bob. The example is real: his “1234” of 28 October 2026, 00:09 (record aaeaa3a0). “Why a few” is the published protocol’s own phase 3.
Why a few. Ten thousand options is paralysis. One option means the machine already decided and you only signed. Two to five is where a person really decides.
Where you see it. Every answer Bob gives him ends with a short numbered list of next steps, and he replies with a digit. That is the choosing step, every time.
The real thing. Bob’s own record, asked on 28 October 2026. At 00:09 that night Bob’s answer ended with four numbered options, and he replied with four digits: 1234. The record keeps which options those digits picked. Between 00:24 and 00:30, four merges put the pages they asked for live; one page, a promise about money, was held back for his own yes (see AI in the loop).

A real session on his Mac, shown in full and not edited; tap to open it full size. Read-only: two questions to the database and one to the site’s own history; nothing was written. The options are the machine’s words as offered to him; the digits are his. Times are Israel time.
The name. SHELET is Hebrew for control, or mastery: the person stays in charge of what the machine does.

“As part of the SHELET philosophy where the bottleneck is the amplifier, a person, especially when they deal with software and AI, their understanding of the situation is the limiter and the amplifier. AI has to amplify them. But their bottleneck is how AI can teach them.”
“STOP slow do and look into my shelet protocol 100% human desitions bottleneck is amlifier”
“Being a firm orchestra conductor has been critical … yet to be determined how this will look in the future, but this is what SHELET is.”

“The bottleneck. Compresses thousands of patterns into 2-5 auditable options. Human decides with confidence. Decision is logged, auditable, reversible. 10,000 options = paralysis. 2-5 options = agency. 1 option = AI decided, human rubber-stamped.”
“One human decision triggers infinite AI execution. Every step documented, auditable, reversible.”
