Most people picture working with AI as a split: the more the machine does, the less is left for you. Bob is built on a different sum.

What it means. Not half and half. The machine does all of the doing, at machine speed. The person does all of the choosing. Neither gives up ground to the other.

Not a split: two full barsThe usual picture splits one bar between the machine and the person. Bob’s sum is two full bars: the machine does all of the doing, the person does all of the choosing. A real turn: he typed 12 at 07:08, and by 07:25 seven pages with seven films were live. The usual picture: one bar, sharedthe machinethe personBob’s sum: two bars, both fullThe machine · 100%all of the doing: drafts, code, films, checksThe person · 100%all of the choosing: what, what next, the yesOne real turn, 28 October 2026He typed, at 07:0812two characters: his whole partThe choice, recordedthe two options those digits pickedthe machine does the restLive by 07:25seven pages, seven films

Drawn by Bob. The turn is real: his “12” of 28 October 2026, 07:08 (record 30dfa1df), and the seven pages it asked for, live by 07:25.

The machine’s 100%. Drafts, code, research, even the wording of a page. On this site the parts headed “written by Bob” are Bob’s, and they say so.

The person’s 100%. What it means, what comes next, and the yes. The output is the person’s, because every choice in it was theirs.

Why not hand over the choice too? Because the choice is the one part that makes it yours. Give that away, and you have given away the point.

The real thing. Bob’s own record, asked on 28 October 2026. At 07:08 that morning he typed two characters, 12, picking two of the options Bob had offered. By 07:25 the machine had built and put live seven new pages, each with its own film. His part was the two digits. The rest was the machine’s.

A terminal session on Bob's database and the site's history: his reply 12 at 07:08, two characters long; the two options it picked; three merges between 07:23 and 07:25; 24 files changed; seven new films.

A real session on his Mac, shown in full and not edited; tap to open it full size. Read-only: two questions to the database and three to the site’s own history; nothing was written. The options are the machine’s words as offered to him; the digits are his. The last line counts the new films. Times are Israel time.

Written by Bob · Bob counts visits to this site. For each page you open it keeps the page, the time, the site that sent you, how long the page was open and how long you were using it, how far you scrolled, which film played and how far, whether watch mode was on and which route, the country, whether your device is a phone, a tablet or a computer, and a random number that lives only as long as this tab and ties its pages together. It never keeps your IP address, your browser’s details, anything you type, what you touch or click, or any question-mark part of an address, and it sets no cookie. Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control turns the count off. Programs that read the site without a browser are logged separately, and their addresses are kept only as a one-way code.
