Creating Bob as an n=1 proof of concept.

“Lived proof is still N=1.”

Published · his own site, mordechaipotash.com/sovereignty, kept as published at apiiam.com/sources#sovereignty, the heading of its “Evidence boundary” section. That site was written with an AI, so the line is shown as published there, not as something he said.

The title is a heading written by Bob, from his words quoted below.

Film · made by Bob, 28 October 2026. The field of dots is drawn to show the idea. The bars and the total are real: his own messages, year by year, read from Bob that morning. What they say is not shown.

What it means · written by Bob

N-of-1 means a study of one. Mordechai built Bob on himself first: his own messages, kept whole, each with its time and a fingerprint, so that anything said about him can point at the moment it rests on. That record is real evidence. It is evidence about one person.

What it means. One person’s whole record, kept raw and cited, can show what works for that person: that a claim traces back to when it was said, that a correction held, that a habit was kept. It cannot show that the same thing works for everyone. Both halves are part of the idea.

Why it matters to you. You do not need a study of thousands to start. Your own records, kept whole and cited, are enough to test a way of working in your business, and to see plainly where it fails. Just do not mistake the result for a law.

How Bob does it. Bob reads him from his own primary records, not from summaries of summaries, and every reading points at the message it came from. What has been shown on him is said as shown on him; what has not been tested is said as untested.

The real thing. Read from Bob on 28 October 2026, read-only: the messages Bob marks as written by Mordechai himself run from 2006 to that morning. Counted once each within its year, they come to 135,967, and every one carries its time and a fingerprint. For years they were under two thousand a year, mostly email; from 2023, when his conversations with AI begin in the record, they run to tens of thousands a year. What the messages say is not shown here.

How sure. N=1, in the plain sense. It shows what holds for one person. Whether it helps someone else is a separate test, and that test is still open.

“… Then I oscillated between Bob as an everyman product, to Bob-live and flow and stuff for me, to help me consult better. But truth is, at one point I felt closer to “capturing”, and creating Bob as an n=1 proof of concept. Then there was scope creep again. …”

“Think about it. I don’t really care who’s first and who’s not first. It’s like a thought experiment for me. I just think about how everything could link to exactly when I actually have said it. Everything could be cited.”

Written by Bob · Bob counts visits to this site. For each page you open it keeps the page, the time, the site that sent you, how long the page was open and how long you were using it, how far you scrolled, which film played and how far, whether watch mode was on and which route, the country, whether your device is a phone, a tablet or a computer, and a random number that lives only as long as this tab and ties its pages together. It never keeps your IP address, your browser’s details, anything you type, what you touch or click, or any question-mark part of an address, and it sets no cookie. Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control turns the count off. Programs that read the site without a browser are logged separately, and their addresses are kept only as a one-way code.
