“100% human orchestrating of AI — I call it ‘AI in the loop’ as a contrarian to the stupid 2025 ‘human in the loop.’”

What it means · written by Bob

Most AI is sold as autopilot: the machine runs the process, and a person is called in to approve it. That leaves you as a checkpoint in your own business.

What it means. It is the other way round. You run the loop, and the AI works inside it: it reads, drafts and checks, then comes back to you. Nothing goes ahead without your yes.

Your loop, with the AI inside itYou say what you want; the AI reads, drafts and checks, then comes back to you; you look and change it, and it goes round again; only your yes lets it go ahead. Below, a real case: a page held for his yes at 00:28, his yes at 01:24, live at 01:26.Yousay what you wantthe AI goes to workThe AIreads, drafts, checkscomes back to youYoulook, and change itagainyour yesOnly thenit goes aheadTonight, on this siteA public promiseHeld, 00:28He says “1”, 01:24Put live, 01:26The machine built the page. Only he could say yes.

Drawn by Bob. The case below the line is real: this site’s history on 28 October 2026 (commits 260fa13 and 09905ab) and his reply at 01:24 (record b40c6723).

Why not “human in the loop”. That phrase puts the person inside the machine’s process, as a step it has to get past. Here the machine is a step inside yours.

Your own data, in the open. Most businesses already know what data they need. The AI’s part is to make it clear, organised and fully open to them, so they can see it and decide.

Round, not once. Nobody can assume an AI gets it right the first time. So it goes round: it drafts, you look, you change it, and it goes again. The decision is all yours; the work is all the machine’s.

The real thing. Tonight’s own example, from this site’s history on 28 October 2026. At 00:24 Bob built a page, Prove before pay, that makes a promise about money in his name. At 00:28 Bob took it off the live site again: a promise like that is his to make, not the machine’s. At 01:24 he answered the question with one digit, 1, for “Put it live as it is”, and at 01:26 it went live.

A terminal session: the site's history for the Prove before pay page (built 00:24, held 00:28, live 01:26), his reply 1 at 01:24 in Bob's record, the commit that quotes his answer, and the live address answering 200.

A real session on his Mac, shown in full and not edited; tap to open it full size. Read-only: the site’s history, his reply in Bob’s record, and the live address checked; nothing was written. Times are Israel time.

Written by Bob · Bob counts visits to this site. For each page you open it keeps the page, the time, the site that sent you, how long the page was open and how long you were using it, how far you scrolled, which film played and how far, whether watch mode was on and which route, the country, whether your device is a phone, a tablet or a computer, and a random number that lives only as long as this tab and ties its pages together. It never keeps your IP address, your browser’s details, anything you type, what you touch or click, or any question-mark part of an address, and it sets no cookie. Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control turns the count off. Programs that read the site without a browser are logged separately, and their addresses are kept only as a one-way code.
